Carmen Amado Mendes，葡萄牙克英布拉大学教授，前国际关系学院经理，英国伦敦大学亚非学院博士，著有《中葡澳三边谈判》一书（香港大学出版社，2013）以及有关中国外交政策的其他作品： www.uc.pt/ feuc/ carmen
Carmen Amado Mendes is professor at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, and former head of the International Relations department. She received her Ph.D. from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
